General Info Namaqualand is a sparsely populated arid region. It has very little specific needs for tourist accommodation outside of the short wildflower season. With a few exceptions, accommodation is generally limited to a few small country hotels, B&B's Guest Houses and a number of Guest Farms. There is a limited number of camp sites available. The more luxurios, rated establishments are mainly located in areas too far from Namaqualand to consider. Due to the limited number of available beds, it is highly recommended that you book in advance, in particular during the flower season. Also bear in mind that most establishments DO NOT have credit card facilities.
